SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by Marrakesh Mediterranean Cuisine, operated by Raman Group, Inc. (“Marrakesh,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the terms below.
Program Description
We send two distinct types of messages, each requiring its own separate opt-in:
- Customer Care: reservation and catering communications, customer service replies, and automated responses when we miss your call.
- Our Family Table (marketing): for members who separately enroll, rewards notifications, members-only offers, promotions, and event invitations.
Enrolling in one does not enroll you in the other. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the program(s) you have opted into.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
