These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by RAMAN GROUP INC DBA Marrakesh (“Marrakesh,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the terms below.
Program Description
We send two distinct types of messages, each requiring its own separate opt-in:
- Customer Care: reservation confirmations, reservation updates, order inquiries, missed-call follow-ups, and customer service requests.
- Marketing: special offers, discounts, service updates, or restaurant announcements — only if you separately consent to receive marketing messages.
Opting in to one does not opt you in to the other. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the program(s) you have opted into.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
